Vikek Knew Ronna McDaniel Shouldn’t Be In Charge Of The Republican Party- Now She’s Gone

By Charlie Kirk – as posted on X= @charliekirk11

Now that Ronna McDaniel is stepping down later this month, I want to make a few points clear. I have said repeatedly that my opposition to Ronna as Chair was nothing personal. She has always been kind to me personally, and I’m sure there is a role for her to play in the future. I genuinely wish her well. I just want to win.

Our party is way behind when it comes to building out critical infrastructure and GOTV funding. We’re doing what we can at TPAction. I believe our efforts are critical, but we need a strong RNC to win. President Trump deserves this and I will do everything in my power to help.

We have a real chance to bring back small and large donors to the RNC, but to do so, the new RNC leadership MUST listen to the grassroots and empower it. The RNC can play quarterback, empowering groups like TPAction, America First Works, and others to do their part in key districts. The RNC should not horde, but rather spread resources and tasks. We must divide and conquer. The DNC learned this lesson and has put it into action to great effect.

This is a win, but it’s only the first step out of 100 others. Next steps are critical. The RNC must put into leadership people who understand 1) fundraising and 2) the grassroots — these are state and county chairs, precinct captains, local grassroots orgs etc. This is the heart and soul of the party and they love Trump. They are suspicious of the establishment. New leadership must not alienate these wonderful people by behaving like a country club clique. This is not the end of the battle. It’s just the beginning. I am excited about the future, but now we must execute.
